1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Affordable Trucking Solutions services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Affordable Trucking Solutions specializes in delivering comprehensive back-office support for trucking companies and drivers, including but not limited to:
- DOT Number Registration and Biennial Updates
- IFTA Quarterly Returns and Fuel Tax Reporting
- Drug & Alcohol Testing Programs
- Business Registration (LLC/Corporation Formation)
- FMCSA Clearing House Registration and Queries
- MC Number & Authority Applications
3. Compliance and Regulatory Standards
Our services are designed to help you maintain compliance with:
- Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations
- Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
- International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) regulations
- Drug & Alcohol Testing regulations under 49 CFR Part 40

4. Service Level Commitments
Affordable Trucking Solutions provides dedicated support with 24/7 availability for emergency assistance. We strive to process all filings and registrations accurately and in a timely manner. Service timelines may vary based on government agency processing times.
5. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all filings and applications
- You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information
- You must comply with all applicable DOT and FMCSA regulations
- You agree to notify us promptly of any changes in your business operations
- You understand that ultimate compliance responsibility remains with you as the motor carrier
6. Payment Terms
All fees for services are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Affordable Trucking Solutions reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.
7. Limitation of Liability
Compliance Assistance: While Affordable Trucking Solutions provides comprehensive compliance support, we do not guarantee acceptance of any filing by government agencies. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid for the affected service.
Client Responsibility: Clients remain responsible for their own compliance with all applicable regulations and for maintaining accurate records.
Consequential Damages: Affordable Trucking Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, including but not limited to fines, penalties, or operational disruptions.
8. Data Processing and Privacy
Affordable Trucking Solutions processes client data solely for compliance and regulatory filing purposes. All data processing complies with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. We maintain strict confidentiality of all business and personal information.
9. Changes to Terms
Affordable Trucking Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
